Happy Holiday DIY Cookie Fundrasier to help support our Moms of Mulitples. Cookies will be available for pick up at the locations listed in the options on the order form. This is a pre-order form so we know how many boxes to have ready to go. We have flexible hours on the dates of pick up to which will be shared with you once we have recieved all orders. If you can't pick up on the listed dates - please reach out to our inbox to discuss alternative options. cookies@pamom.org Orders must be paid for prior to being picked up and ordered. If you have specific choice of cookie shapes you would like to specifiy, please send an email to cookies@pamom.org to make that request. All sales are final , As these are pre-ordered, there will be no refunds if you are unable to pick up the order as requested. In order to ensure success in our fundraising efforts, online processesing fees will be added to your order and outlined on your invoice as such.
