Our General Meeting is always the second Tuesday of the month and will be held this month on Aug. 13. Come to the auditorium in Building 3, which is across the street from Medical City Plano (suite 315). Breakout sessions are either in suite 315 or 170. Look for greeters or a sign near the elevators.
PAINT NIGHT
You've asked for it and we're finally doing it! Social Artworking instructor Kim Fryars will be at this meeting to help members paint a 16x20 canvas picture of a potted cactus. It’s easy enough for even beginners and you can customize it to match the colors of your room.
Kim graduated from PSHS and still lives in Plano. She is a photographer by day and painter by night. Her job of raising boys is coming to a close so she’s embarked on a new adventure with Social Artworking group painting classes. She’s a mobile unit so she brings the fun to you. No one has to be an artist to complete their own piece. Just bring little faith and an open mind and she’ll be there each step of the way. She’s excited and looking forward to meeting you all.

Feeding Multiples - All expecting, new and toddler moms are invited to join a discussion on feeding multiples. Whether you are in the milk, puree, solids or chicken nuggets-only phase, come to ask questions and share your experience with other moms. Forum leaders will talk about baby led weaning vs. traditional purée weaning and do a demo on how to make your own cheap, customized pouches at home!
Special Needs in School - Kristy Kemp, mother of triplets and diagnostician, will be joining us in August to answer your questions regarding Special Education, 504 Plans, Dyslexia and intervention. Bring your questions!
