PAMOM October General Meeting

The focus of our October meeting is all about mom and how to destress right before the holidays.

REMINDER: This meeting is on Thursday, Oct. 13 at the Bank of England Mortgage office building located at 17250 Dallas Parkway, Dallas TX 75248. It’s a different location because Medical City Plano had a previously scheduled event in the auditorium. We will return to the hospital on the second Tuesday of the month for next month’s meeting and beyond.

Guest Speaker
Our speaker, Douchka Lecot will be covering how to distress and snap stressful moments with breathing techniques, and everybody will get a gift bag to take home. Douchka is originally from Ibiza, Spain and a tantric hippie in essence. She is a E-ryt 200 yoga teacher and an Ayuvedic Yoga Specialist with over a 17-year experience in yoga science. Curious and passionate about life, she's an eternal student always seeking for tools amongst therapies, systems, philosophies and techniques to infuse in her life. She seeks experiences that can connect deeper to self and spread healing through individuals and communities.
